"It’s hard to write a good review after the desk clerk was so cold and rude. I questioned the rate and she was not kind while I asked about it. I did find my reservation and the rate was correct and I told her I guess it was my mistake. I got hmmmmmmm. I apologized that I took up her time(no other guests were waiting). I got no response. I was so happy to see a very kind and helpful new clerk in the morning. The night person should not be working in customer service!"
"Place was better than expected. TV remote was taped together which was annoying. Layout of the building was confusing. Overall it was an average place to stay for the night."
"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. My kids loved the water slide. The breakfast was not super fancy but there was plenty to choose from, including all our favorites-waffles, eggs, and sausages. The hotel is older but in good repair and it was nice and quiet. Great value, I would definitely recommend it."
