"Room was not clean mold and had smell and towel was not clean then ask to go to another room and then while checking out team member said I did not check out which I gave her the card and I ask her when is check out she stated 11am and then I told her let me check out now then went in my account and double charge me after I paid in full…I will never go back still waiting on my deposit then while I was there the key did not work after coming from work I had to walk back down stair."
