"Front desk staff is amazing. Very welcoming and helpful. Went over and above to help me with my check in experience. However, the hotel is very dated. Bathroom was not clean. Biggest issue - overwhelming use of air freshener. Almost impossible to breathe. Got a headache almost immediately. Room had the same issue."

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! We reported them to the health department. "

"The desk clerk was very sweet and helpful. in the lobby there was a man yelling profanities into a cell phone. The room was dark, dingy and in poor repair with a peculiar smell. The door was hard to open and the overhead light fixture was hanging precariously. the only amenity was a fridge. no phone. no clock. Over-use of fabric softener made the bath towels as absorbent as wax paper. The security bar on the door was partially removed. This was especially alarming when I was awakened at 3:30 am by a profanity-laced screaming match in the parking lot. This is not a place to bring kids. Trust me. I understand that for the price points it wasn't going to be the Ritz but I have stayed in motels for similar prices that were not anywhere near as dilapidated as this property."

"My room smelt like mold , the window was taped shut , air filters in conditioning were dirty. Bathtub hadn’t been washed. Sheets had burn holes , cigarettes behind the bed."

"The property needs a major rehabilitation. Carpet is very dirty and worn. Doors stick to the point it took two to force it open. Out of shampoo and desk did not have access to refils. Desk staff unable to give food recommendations in the area stating she does not know the area. Over all very sorry we picked this location for our stay."
