"We were never told that the hotel was under construction so the pool and hot tub were not useable as the construction supplies were stored in the pool area. The area for breakfast was sealed off and under construction so there was no “breakfast included” as advertised. Overall, we were very disappointed. Had we of known any of this we would have stayed elsewhere."

"room was good, up to par, clean. the problem is front desk is not service and door is always locked. i wasn't given wifi when i checked in so i had to go back to office and wait like 5-10 minutes just to get in and get the password."

"Our room on the second floor was very noisy due to activity at the swimming pool until 11pm, which was directly under our room, and from the occupants of the room above us. The noise was due to the construction of the building, not necessarily the occupants of the room. The wood joist construction material allows noise to penetrate from one floor to the next. So our seven hour sleep turned out to be a five hour sleep. "
