Nelle immediate vicinanze del B&B è presente un capiente parcheggio gratuito. Il lungomare di Montesilvano prosegue senza soluzione di continuità con quello di Pescara, perciò la posizione è strategica. La colazione era inclusa ed erogata presso un'ottima pasticceria esterna, raggiungibile a piedi (non vicinissima, ma antistante una bella piazza)....

"What a fantastic stay! The villa was a hidden gem — incredible value for money. We stayed 14 night for a tournament in June . The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . The lady of the house recommended restaurant to eat in at night time .. Breakfast was simple with tea and toast, and Villa had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear and beautifully maintained...

My Italian language skills are terrible and the staff spoke perfect English and answered all of my questions about the pool, beach and transportation needs. The breakfast was excellent and I would definitely recommend adding that as a feature when booking. It’s the nicest hotel in the area and the nicest beach. You cannot go wrong by booking here. Only small downside was that there is no food available except breakfast. Great location too, very close to station and town. Definitely would stay again "
