"Loved having the kitchen and the unlimited coffee. We had to ask for maid service but it was easy enough to change towels. Front desk young lady was extremely helpful when my laptop wouldn't easily connect to the wifi. I've never had someone in her position say "Well try these 2 or 3 ideas and if they don't work, just bring it down and I'll get it going for you". Outstanding customer service!"

"Location location location! Our 3rd floor, 2-bed 2-bath unit was so spacious and well-equipped, we could host a Thanksgiving dinner! Sweet balcony. Wonderful view to the west, awesome roof equipped with grills, walkable to boutiques, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, and even a sweet cat café…and it was quiet! Only one caveat: If you prefer cotton sheets, bring your own. Our sheets were sort of a women’s bathing suit material, but the mattress and pillows were wonderful. We will be back!!"

"Our stay was amazing it was a great neighborhood was able to take walks in the beautiful Colorado weather. Clean and useful washer and dryers, my children loved the pool, and the front staff was very helpful."

"Our room had ants, the sheets were dirty, and the shower had hair in it. It has the potential to be very nice, but it isn't. The pool was closed. Which they should tell you about upon booking. Our last night there a fire started in the trees on the grounds. It burned 3 vehicles. Fire department was there very quickly and took care of it. However, the blasting fire alarm stayed on the remainder of our time there which was a few hours!!"

"To many barking dogs all hours of the night and day .you can actually hear dogs barking from inside the room ,the pricing is actually decent, I don't like way the security deposits are handled I wasnt given my full refund after checking out and when I called and asked why I didn't get my full refund back I was never contacted back. But if you need a decent weekly spot or extended stay , I would recommend this hotel ,"

"This hotel is being renovated. Their lobby is done and looks nice. Our room was renovated with a very nice new bed, so we slept well. We were in the back, so no noise from I-70. An extra blanket would have been nice. "
