""Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon. "

"Staff was very nice, room & pool were very nice. Was disappointed that the breakfast was either $9 or $17 I could’ve sworn I saw free continental when booking but all in all it was a perfect stay. "

"There was no staff at the front desk. Had to wait for check-in and no one ever showed up upon checkout so I had to throw the key card on their front desk and just left. Breakfast was a joke. Room was on the first floor and the window did not lock. Furnishings in room are worn. Do yourself a favor and pay $20 more and stay down the block at a different hotel."

"It was not a good experience. I needed a fully equipped kitchen which is why I chose to stay there but once arriving, no pots or pans or anything to use. You only get one set of towels or you have to pay for extra?! That’s crazy! No room service. The bathroom was Dirty , no blow dryer or soap and the tv didn’t work. We didn’t let that affect our vacation time but I will not be coming back. Would not recommend!"
