"The staff was excellent extremely excellent and friendly The hotel was exceptionally clean, very clean. Loved it. The breakfast was awesome. Better continental breakfast than most places. The amenity that we didn’t like as we were at adult time with the hot tub downstairs by the pool and it did not work And the night staff that was on didn’t know much about the hot tub "

"Left some cheese in the fridge after checkout and got to go back to room and grab it. Very convenient that it's right next to mall of America and the tramline."

"The staff was super nice and the room was exactly what I expected. No surprises, which is so much appreciated when you're from out of town have a crazy weekend planned. The last thing you want to worry about is where you're staying during that time!"

"I will say the pictures and prior reviews didn’t meet what I expected. Room was ok. Window was left open, no bag in the garbage, floor wasn’t vacuumed the best, still was some stuff around the night stands. Staff was alright. Didn’t use the amenities of the pool or hot tub. Just didn’t look…. Appealing….. but suppose for the price you get what you get."
