"everything was great they even helped make sure we kept her room since it was paid for ahead of time when we had issues with the rental car and how late the flight was getting in. the staff was amazing in the way they helped us through everything and getting supplies for the room. the first room had trouble with the toilet and they fixed it very quickly and had no problem switching us to a different room. I want to thank them because it was really hard losing my mother and when things got crazy...

"The kitchen is not equipped with cooking supplies there is no hot water was told i had to get up at 6am tht was the only time it had hit water the staff was friendly and hopeful the room its self was ok but the stairwells had poo the went all the way to the first floor and it was like tht for over 24 hours its very convenient to every thing"

"Pretty rundown. Needs new furniture, new rugs, and new headboards. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. As were all linens. "

"Had my rooms reserved and was to pay at property. When getting there to pay after driving 7 hours they had gotten rid of our rooms and had no where to stay but , thankfully we where able to find something else even better and by the beach. I will never go back not with 1st experience like that."
