Pet friendly Hotels in Bowen Island, British Columbia

"Hotels.com and the Radisson Blu should be ashamed. I tried to cancel this reservation because I was in accident and would not be able to use the room. I was directed to Radisson and after 20 minutes of AI which could not understand to cancel the request, i sat on the hold for 40 minutes waiting for an individual only be told by ai that they had a case number and would get back to me then hung up. The day of my stay they just charged the room to my account. Neither Hotels.com or Radisson have a way to speak to a person when their AI can’t understand what is happening. There is too much focus on the transaction and not enough interest in the guest. In this case they basically took advantage of some else’s misfortune by not having a system in place to handle these situations. Shame on both!"

"Clean room was ok, Not hot water available and it was just for 5 minutes hot and the run cold water again every time we tuck showers. Very laud place to stay we stayed at floor 30th and we can hear the noise from the street. Parking was very good Staff very friendly."
