"The property is overall really good, the bed was comfortable. The staff was really good they provided me with extra towels at no additional cost. Safe parking and location of the hotel is exactly to be on point, especially if you are visiting the city center. "

"The property is filthy- seats etc covered in stains of unmentionable. Kitchen unit broken doors, fridge racks covered in sticky stuff. Room is is also dangerous, we had to reset the electric fuse box every time we returned to the room in order to reset electric supply to the plugs and stove. Room is in the attic top of 8 flights of stairs (no lift)- no fire escape. I'm surprised it passes health and safety requirements. We did tell hotel management and they offered to help us move for the second...

"We were working in the area, easy public transport into centre asda literally 2minutes walk away, property was very clean and tidy and any questions were answered straight away . Ideal for what we needed, will definitely be staying again"

"We stayed as a group of 8 ladies, we we watching a show at the stage making this apartment the perfect location. Directly outside the metro station, with a few minutes walk. The apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean and the beds were super comfy. Would highly recommend "

"Great affordable student accommodation. The space was exactly as advertised. The kitchen worked well, and i was able to prepare my own meals. Excellent wifi and plenty of outlets in the space. One of the best accommodations I've stayed in, and far better than even my own university housing."

"If you are going to Newcastle, just book this place. Its 5 min walk from the station and so central for the nightlife. Great pub underneath and food options everywhere. The apartment was clean and well laid out, the communication from Gary was spot on. Dont think, just book it."

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."

"Very clean and comfortable room, excellent bathroon with good shower. Really liked the interior design and general feel of the hotel and we were able to leave our bags all day while my granddaughter visited the university that was close by. Also very reasonable price for two rooms."
