"Our unit was excellent—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for our three-day stay. The view was beautiful with cafes and restaurants nearby.
Unfortunately, we experienced a significant issue with the kitchen sink. On our first day, it began leaking and repeatedly filled with dirty water, which appeared to be backing up from other units. This also caused dirty water to collect in the dishwasher as well.
I contacted the property’s support line immediately. They said they would send a maintenance technician as soon as possible, but no one arrived. After waiting, I had to call again to discuss alternative accommodations. They offered to move us to another unit, but only for one night, meaning we would have had to return to the original unit afterward.
The biggest frustration was the lack of communication. I had to repeatedly contact staff for updates rather than receiving proactive communication from them.
The maintenance technician eventually arrived early on our final day, just before checkout. By then, the repair was no longer useful to us. We also received no notice that he would be coming, so his arrival was unexpected.
Overall, the stay was okay, and we were able to work around the issue since we were only there for three days. However, for a longer stay, I would recommend considering other options unless communication and responsiveness improve."
