"Absolutely love this hotel, it’s beautiful, nice rooms, hot tubs, pool, fire pit, fire place in side, decent little gym, sauna, and most importantly, the staff here are always excellent! They really go above and beyond for their guests! Highly recommend to anyone!"

"Staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are clean and perfect for a little getaway. Only downside is the pool area isn’t the greatest in Banff. If the pool were heated, I think it would be better, but otherwise absolutely love it here and we’ll be coming back for sure."
