Top Bow Habitat Station and Sam Livingston Fish Hatchery Hotel Reviews
Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean and centrally located in downtown Calgary close to shops and restaurants. Property is also close to the freeway if you’re traveling in and out of downtown. Our room was clean and modern with a nice view. One amenity I found exceptional was the fitness center. If working out during travel is important, the hotel gym had ample modern equipment similar to those of commercial gyms. Towels and cold water were also provided in the fitness center as well."
"Room is on the pricier side, but you can feel why. King room was spacious and bathroom elegant/modern. Reminded me of a fancy hotel room in Vegas! Spa couples weekday massage at rnr Wellness (in the hotel), was incredible (Jean). Fitness room was well equipped with beautiful views of the city (especially at night!). Parking is tricky downtown though (hotel is across the street from the Calgary Tower). Might be easier to Valet park (currently $50/day), if you don’t want to navigate through construction and one way streets. Enjoyed our time here! :)"
"As someone who stays in different hotels almost every week due to work, it's pretty difficult to find anything remarkable about most hotels these days. The Alt, however is definitely worthy of mention. The room was large and well planned/executed. The facilities were all clean, fresh and new and worked as you would hope/expect. The shower was spacious and included good quality toiletries. I particularly liked the fox image on the shower screen.
The reception staff also deserve a special shout out. Extremely welcoming, helpful and courteous (with a cheeky sense of humour too). Our room maid was also very friendly and helpful (supplying us with specialty tea.... Hush hush say no more)
Great location so close to the riverside walk and in the heart of the East village it's hard to fault it in any way. "
