"Clean, great staff and shuttle service, the room was loud, could hear our neighbors. All in all a good value!!! Tram is very close, as is the airport. When staff asked us upon leaving if everything was satisfactory, I said the room was a bit loud, he then offered us free breakfast, we declined, but they gave us free croissants and coffee! Very hospitable!"

This applies from the concierge, the reception team, the restaurant staff, the cleaners, in fact everyone we encountered. It was quite extraordinary. The building is lovely, the decor high quality and the location perfect. In short, outstanding in our experience."
