"Hotel was nice as you entered and the ground floor was well decorated but the rooms were very tired. Wardrobe doors were hanging off and our room needed decorating badly, room size was great with plenty of room, it was

"The hotel situated in the middle of Bournemouth. It doesn't have the lift, floors are creaking, room is clean but tired. In the room we have a small TV from 1980 era, this match the bathroom decor. There is kettle, to make your own coffee or tea and some biscuits which are the added bonus. The receptionist is a single man band, juggled queries alone, phone or walk in customers, which make it seems very rush in handling customers. The lady in the bar was very friendly.
