"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. We do not speak French, and had an emergency where we needed two different taxis going different directions, we had no idea where to even start. She just picked up the phone and started calling for us and found each of us one right away. They also asked the kitchen at the connected restaurant to let us in before they closed as we got in late the night before. The food was amazing, by the way! The best cheeseburger we've ever had. Everything was modern and clean, I will definitely be staying there again."

"The two bedrooms apartment was clean and spacious with a large terrace screened by a tree. The kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking ware (a hygiene kit was provided including tablets for the dishwasher) made the move-in easy. There is a lift and a enclosed parking. After a day of hiking the spa with its spotless heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath was well appreciated. Location is excellent with the train station and the town center a 10 mn walk, a bus stop just around the corner and supermarkets across the street. The residence was very quiet. The front desk staff was helpful making check-in and check-out easy and smooth. The week went too fast but we will be back at CGH residence cœur d'or!"

"Just ten metres from the snow, so virtually ski in/ski out. Heated ski locker so boots nice and warm in a morning. Great staff, very friendly, all inclusive with quality drinks. Two specialty restaurants included in the stay (one visit each) but general buffet very good. Well recommended and would definitely stay here again. "
