"Lovely hotel in Grignan! We really enjoyed our stay - the rooms were very comfortable, the hotel garden and setting was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed breakfast and local recommendations from the hotel manager were fantastic. Merci! "

"It was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was shabby and it was some sort of shower kit that combined sink, toilet and shower altogether with little separation. There is a big step up to enter and exit that was awkward. Room is tiny but functional. The rate is very low so one night is ok, Staff is terrific. "

"No one at check in @ 17.00pm Booking in machine would not recognise my booking despite me having already paid. Was waiting 30 minutes for someone to turn up. Breakfast should have been at 06.30am but was not open until 06.45 and the manager was still in pyjamas hair not brushed. Not very professional. Personally I would have sacked her and found a new manager. "

"The place is what it is. A lot of worn down carpets. Dirty sheets and we saw a cup with ash and leftover cigarette under the bed. Some cutlery was dirty as well. "
