"My room wasn’t cleaned properly, the provided toiletries were open and used, and there was someone’s leftover food in the refrigerator that was unplugged. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff was nice enough. Very middle of the road mediocre experience "

"The room was clean. The main reason we stay at this chain is because they are pet free. The rooms are clean and smell good. Most hotels we have stayed at in the past have animal odors in the rooms. Holiday Inn Express will always have our business as long as they remain pet free! "

"I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton Warsaw, the room was clean, nice shower, plenty of room, tv worked and I was happy to see a sign saying to be quiet after 10pm as people exit the elevator. I thought the breakfast was a bit lame but overall a very good stay."

Furniture was damaged, the ice maker was broken and overall the hotel seemed dirty. Very disappointed considering I was hoping for a great overnight stay with my kids for spring break.
