"Carpet NEEDS to be removed. It’s too sticky already. Ice machine needs to CLEANED, when we took some ice for our water bottle and cooler, lots of BLACK MOLD came out. It appears to be slimy with fuzzy patches from the internal components of the machine. Bathroom drain needs to fixed on our room. Water flow is very slow. We stayed for a week, Spring Break 2026, scheduled for cleaning for Tuesday or Wednesday but haven’t had any luck at all. Nobody came to clean. But other than that, Front desk crew was very friendly and breakfast was fantastic. "

"Everyone on the property was absolutely wonderful, helpful, and pleasant. Loved the popcorn and snacks plus the drinks that were included. The only thing missing would’ve been possibly a game room or area for children to lounge. The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom restocked. We appreciated the market downstairs as I needed some last-minute items and didn’t even have to leave the property which was a huge win. Location was very central to everything we needed, and there are tons of shops and great restaurants in the area. I would recommend families to stay here."

"I would not recommend staying here. No towels, shampoo containers empty, phone to report issues not working, ice machine not working, safe malfunctioning, and worst of all, the noise level was way beyond acceptable due to noisy partying in the parking lot until after 1am. I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property. "

"Amazing breakfast and omlet station. However, I would not stay here if you are visiting University of florida. I booked this place because it was in Gainesville and yet it took 22 minutes to get to the dorm"

"We were given a room that was already occupied. The subsequent room was odorous, old worn, drains of the sink and tub were uncovered, the toilet was tall enough for a 5 year old to sit on, and the breakfast was a cellophane wrapped disaster. The price was comparable to the La Quinta next door but the value was less than a Hotel 6."
