The room was clean and the front desk staff was helpful storing luggage until our room was ready. The upstairs lounge for happy hour was ok. Nothing special but nice to have a small snack before hitting the casino.

Horseshoe Black Hawk - A Caesars Rewards Destination
Room was decent, staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower had OK pressure, but took a while. And had to let the front desk know our sink was cracked. From friends in another room, sounds like they might have a few of those.
