I felt like this roadside motel is a hidden jewel. I was extremely pleased with how updated and clean my room was. The bathroom was modern, spacious, and clean. I also found the bed to be extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly during check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay there again. There was also plenty of parking.
Affordable stay near Pearl Street Mall, we walked to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were really kind and helpful. I would pick the corner room.
Stay was nice and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Only issue was that the room could have been cleaned better before I checked in. There was left over clothes under the bed from the previous stay and food left in the mini fridge.
I was very impressed by how quiet and comfortable my room was. Parking is a little tight, mostly because those with California, Oregon and Utah plates CANNOT PARK CORRECTLY IN JUST ONE SPACE.
Samantha in the office was fantastic and asked questions to make sure that I had a nice visit.
The room was excellent and the bathroom/shower were clean and comfortable.
Will stay there again if possible. Coffee shop down the street was great!
Checking in was easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was ok. Price seemed high for what we got, but it was close to what I expected. Every hotel in Boulder seems expensive. It was hot while we were there - 96 degrees - and AC couldn’t keep up. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Gave it 3 stars because it’s a 3 star hotel. If you aren’t looking for anything fancy and want it to be quiet and comfortable with minimal amenities then it’s a good choice.
The air conditioner was too small for the main room. The Junior suite had no ac in the room with the fold out couch and the window only opened at the top about an inch. Couch was so dirty it was shiny. Towels were threadbare and stained. Great location and friendly helpful staff.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The parking was difficult and the pool was closed but otherwise perfect. I did try to book a room for next Memorial Day weekend because I always book a year in advance but they were completely booked.

Staff is great! Brett and Issac were really nice & helpful. Hotel is in a prime location that’s close to the University with a bus stop and late night sub shop nearby. However, the accommodations need some renovations, especially for the weekend nightly price you pay.
