"We stayed two nights. After the first night there were no clean towels and washcloths delivered. No room refresh. I dont mind the unmade bed, but I do want clean towels.The second morning we arrived at 7:06 for breakfast, which was suppose to open at 7, and the doors were not open with others also waiting. We left."

"We were very pleased with this property. It appears it has been recently updated. The bedding was fresh and clean and the amenities were high quality. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of selections: eggs, pancakes, and waffles. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Will stay again."

"We had such a blissful stay at Boulder Brook! Every aspect of this place was just perfect for us -- from the stunning property, to the spotless suite. The communication from staff was very helpful, especially since we needed to arrange arrival in the middle of the night. I would like to especially call out Julie and Katie in the front office. These women were so friendly and welcoming! They provided excellent recommendations and made us feel absolutely at home. For those who like specific details, some of our other favorite highlights were: - Very comfortable bed with high quality linens - Spotless hot tub with a gorgeous view, equipped with fluffy towels, spa robes, and jet-safe scented oil packets - Luxurious, large shower with built-in seat and double showerheads. - Gas fireplace with easy start, in a long wall of built-ins Patio seating both in front and back of the suite to enjoy the outdoors - Built-in vanity/desk with lots of drawers. We're already planning a return trip, and can't wait to go."
