"The hotel is lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a delightful time watching the World Cup finals in the bar. The kids loved the bocce ball area and the pool. So very close to the campus and the Hill. It’s just a great place to stay in Boulder."
"Front desk clerk was super helpful, room was clean and spacious, everything worked well and bed was comfortable. Loved that it was only a few minutes walk from downtown Boulder and was right near the Boulder Creek bike/walking trail. Would definitely recommend it!"
"Room was clean. Temperature thruout hotel was cool and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My husband said the "to order" breakfast was THE BEST breakfast in a hotel he has had and the price was very reasonable. We walked to Pearl street mall, 1.3 mile via Canyon, a safe walkway the entire way. The elevator was a little confusing coming back from a great little pool. The time on the QR code for pool hours said 7 am but when I got there, it was posted 8 am."
"Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front desk for assistance. While the TVs in the room were very large screen, it was impossible to figure out how to use them with the most complex remote controls I have ever seen! Finally, as a person of "some years", I felt very uneasy in the shower with lack of adequate hand holds and a slippery floor. This was a concern for an extended stay."
