"Stayed at KT Hotel for 7 nights in June. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spotless with a stunning city view. Breakfast had great variety, though the Wi-Fi was slow. Perfect location for exploring downtown!"

"We arrived quite early, not expecting that we could check in to the room. The checkin was efficient and we were given the room key within 10 minutes. Several reviews were critical of the wifi service in the guest rooms. We experienced reliable service and were able to stream videos. Also the hotel lives up to its name - it is very clean!"

"Very Harsh Review: An absolutely shameful stay. I had booked and paid for a double room via Hotels.com, with official confirmation to support it. Upon arrival, the hotel attempted to charge me an extra fee, falsely claiming that the intermediary agency had provided incorrect information and that I had only booked a single room. Even after showing my official confirmation for a double room, they persisted with unacceptable bad faith. As for the housekeeping staff, they had no hesitation in knocking on doors as early as 8 a.m. to ask if we were leaving, disturbing our rest with no consideration whatsoever. The breakfast, which was supposed to be a pleasant moment, was simply disastrous: poor quality, very limited choices, and non-existent service. Everything about this hotel reeks of disorganization, customer contempt, and complete disrespect. Hotels.com should seriously reconsider their partnership with this establishment, which is a real disgrace. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel: ruined stay, wasted money, and guaranteed stress."
