"Here's a revised version of your review: --- I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The recent refurbishment has given it a fresh and modern feel, and everything was super clean. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. "Estadia excelente. Pessoal fantástico, prestativo. Local limpo, perfumado. Infelizmente existe um pequeno problema que não é do Hotel, mas dos recursos oferecidos: Se o quarto ao lado fizer pareamento do celular na televisão (recurso que acho fantástico, diga-se de passagem), ele interfere no quarto ao lado, mudando a imagem, e refletindo a imagem do celular pareado."

"Foi boa mais pelo nível do hotel tem que melhor! Pontos bons: Fiquei no quinto andar vista bonita, piscina boa, café da manhã mediano Pontos ruins: Limpeza do quarto quando cheguei estava bem fraca, cama de casal tem uma divisão no meio e a cama de solteiro parecia uma auxiliar e colchões bem ruins pelo nível do hotel, diz que tem academia mais a academia sem comentários. "

"Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só. "
