"The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Before arriving, I notified the hotel that my wife and I were going to celebrate our 30-year anniversary during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond preparing our room with a celebration theme. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, and every detail throughout the resort reflected the high level of quality and very clean. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, room was clean and bed was very comfortable and incredible service made this stay truly memorable. The beach was spectacular and the snorkeling at the reef was amazing. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!"

"We loved staying here. It was the off-season, 9/17, so very quiet, which worked fine for us. Room was very spacious, with good amenities that allowed us to save some money by not always eating out - large fridge, toaster, microwave. We bought sourdough bread, avocados and milk for protein shakes, brought some bars and peanut butter, so really only ate out for dinner. We bought several gallons of water for drinking and coffee. They have a traditional coffee maker and provide coffee in filter bags so easy to use, along with creamer, sugar, etc. Very nice. AC worked great, great water pressure. Grounds are beautiful. Very lush and well maintained. Beach is beautiful, with loungers and umbrellas. 2 pools, one an adult only, 'quiet pool', but both were very quiet. 1/2 price drinks for happy hour 5-7, so that was a nice detour before dinner. Helpful as prices are high otherwise, like elsewhere in T&C. We walked each evening into the busier part of town for dinner, which was nice. Staff was great. Very responsive when needed, and they were amazing when we went to leave and our car battery was dead. Went above to solve the problem, taking a batter from one of their cars to start it! Amazing and we were so grateful. During our stay, we commented numerous times how great a choice it was. 5 stars for us, for sure."

"Our stay at Hotel Indigo was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! The entire staff was wonderful, and so many went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Deja at the front desk and Prophete in the restaurant were just a couple of the amazing people who stood out during our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive and willing to help. One call was all it took, and someone responded promptly to whatever we needed. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and well maintained. And the bed was honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! The taxi driver the hotel called for us, Mr. Sam, was also amazing. Every recommendation the staff gave us turned out to be great, from places to eat to things to do. We truly appreciated how helpful they were in making our trip even better. And if you stay here, you have to try the Island Tacos! They were the best! Thank you, Hotel Indigo, for making our stay such a wonderful experience. The exceptional service and amazing staff definitely made a difference. I would absolutely stay here again!"
