"Love staying at The Sands. It was our 4th time staying there and our preferred place to stay. It is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and responsive. The beach is perfect and not too crowded. You can get an umbrella and lounge chair without going out at 6am to save it. Hemingway’s is delicious and has the best view. Pool is very nice too!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Oasis and spent two wonderful weeks there. The property is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and the staff truly made our experience memorable. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is fantastic close to the beach with a convenient shuttle running throughout the day and into the evening. The beach setup was excellent, with lounge chairs, towels, and even the option to order food from the resort’s restaurants and have it delivered directly to you. The beach itself was stunning and incredibly clean. The spa was another highlight of our trip. We enjoyed massages during our stay, and the massage therapists were wonderful. We also had an outstanding experience with Staci at the front desk. She was incredibly accommodating and helped make our stay extra special. What made this trip even more memorable is that we got engaged during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to celebrate the occasion and made it a truly unforgettable experience. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant almost every day, and the food was consistently fresh and delicious. The breakfast staff was amazing, and we also had several lunches and dinners on the property that were equally impressive. The shrimp tacos are a must try! Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything clean and comfortable throughout our stay. Another great benefit is the proximity to local attractions and restaurants."

"Our experience at Royal West Indies Resort was beyond superior. From the moment we exited our cab ride to the time we left was above and beyond any trip we have taken in our 45 years together. Tushay, Sherman, Kendro we're always smiling, asking what they could do for us, good morning, good afternoon and good evening everyday. We have traveled a lot in the past but never experienced such a warm, caring, concerned, helpful and heartfelt love at this resort. We will be back and will only stay at Royal West Indies Resort. Thank you to everyone of you mentioned and not mentioned for making this the trip of a lifetime. We are coming back soon."
Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive

"Great location, beautiful Views on Grace Bay. Our renovated room was big, had a lovely partial view of the Ocean and Pool area perfect for the three of us - BONUS we had a washer and dryer also in the unit. We (my wife and daughter) traveled with another couple and their daughters and had a wonderful time at the Alexandra. The staff did an excellent job of keeping the guest entertained with daily activities and evening events. Cheeky was a standout staff member who was always "on". Grace bay itself is lovely and easy to swim and relax in on a float - perfect for enjoying a day at the beach. Also nice to be able to shuttle over to the sister property. The restaurant choices at both properties were very good with a wide variety of choices. Only area of opportunity was on the housekeeping side. One day no towels were left after the cleaning and on another day we had no restocking of coffee/sugar. Small items easily remedied but worth improving attention to detail. Lastly - for the kitchen area it was nice to have the basics but I think equipping with paper-towels and counter cleaner for basic self maintenance would be a nice to have. Overall we were very pleased with or trip and would highly recommend the Alexandra."

"We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and the resort was quiet which was appreciated. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk but they have a golf cart to take you there and back."

"We stayed at this beautiful property for our Honeymoon and absolutely LOVED IT? The property is beautiful, so well maintained, clean and decorated so lovely! The staff was so friendly especially the housekeepers- they greeted us every time we saw them and kept our room so tidy! They were the best!"
