"Upon checking staff was not helpful, I did put in remarks that i need a baby cot and it was not given . I have arrived midnight and the staff actually gave me a lecture on how to book the baby cot. I though keying in the remark is clear enough as a request, At the counter i have ask if there is a baby cot he just said yes, Enter room there was no cot, call reception using my mobile hp as room phone was not working the male staff gave me a long lecture about how to book a baby cot, I was pissed...
