From first phone call and email to last moment leaving, every single staff member of this hotel clearly treated us like royalty and family. I have never seen such remarkable customer care and genuine, heartfelt hospitality. I wish I had everyone's names-- because, truly, EVERYONE treated us so well. Ryan R. McDonnell, Ouijdan Ben Mehdi, all the Valet attendants, front desk staff, restaurant staff, Emily Reed the hostess at the restaurant, Brahim Baissi, room service staff, housekeeping staff, bartender, everyone! And the festive ways you helped us celebrate our birthdays made it all SUPERB. THANK YOU! We will return! :-)

I was transferred to this property after a horrible experience at a nearby hotel. The Ritz gave me a beautiful room with a beautiful view, it was cleanly and the staff were so sweet. 10/10

I like the fact the staff aimed to please. The lobby was comfortable. Felt safe. What i didnot like the view to my room felt like PRISON it was overlooking the roof .housekeeping not paying attention to details such as vacuuming. Hotel itself should pay attention to renovations due to price we paid.

First time staying at this Ritz & it was great . As soon as I checked in they upgraded my room . As soon as I get off the elevator the Guard for the Brooklyn lets started to talk to me . I went to the main Lobby & the whole Toronto Raptors team was at the check in desk. Super cool experiences

Great location, right across from Boston Common park. Walkable to everything. Our check in was botched due to a large group getting priority with late check out and another with check in. When we got into our room it was the wrong room (paid for park view). Eventually everything worked out (thanks Adam!) but it made for a less than luxury experience with the mishandling of our check in and room shuffling. Expected more to be honest.

No tea/coffee in the room. Porters, room staff, check-in desk staff 10/10. Sunday 3/31/24 afternoon concierge - 1/10, same for duty manager. The common lobby lacks baby changing facilities tho kids are all over. Suite was nice but service partly below expectations when was needed most. Will not recommend or return

I was stuck at the airport and could not use the hotel due to multiple flight cancellations I contacted and tried to cancel within an hour but Expedia wouldn’t let me. They said call the ritz so I called them. The ritz said call Expedia so we went back and forth - they stole my 601$ and won’t refund the amount Knowing I didn’t stay there. Do not use Expedia or thr ritz- they are terrible.

No snacks in the room. No stocked mini fridge. No automatic control for the blinds. No dimmer on the light switches. 2 room service orders with mistakes. Cleaning people knocking on the door every five minutes to ask if they can clean well before noon. STEP UP

Messages for reservations and concierge went un answered for days. Chicken breasts ordered in advance of my arrival arrived after one hour- for my hungry pup only after a second call to concierge. Suite was too noisy on windy night. HVAC system created room and bed vibration, requiring new room at midnight. It was much better. Neighborhood. Was filled w inebriated Halloween revelers at 1am. I was offered a $400 credit by night manager, I explained I would not be paying for this torturous experience. Not up to RC standards.And they wouldn’t charge my EV. “Go to Hyatt nearby.” 2025 people! Experienced and demanding traveler. Good news: seasoned day manager promptly agreed to comp my stay. In fairness, they should have compensated me for the lousy experience. I hear the Four Seasons and new Raffles are really nice.
