Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
Quiet and comfortable room in a great location. Room was smaller but cleanliness, service, and value were excellent.

Hyatt Regency Boston
It wasn’t bad, just mediocre as far as amenities. The rooms have a fridge, small coffee maker, but I don’t use the coffee maker. You have to go through 2 lobbies, 2 elevators to get to your room. Again, just mediocre.

There's no laundry in the property, and the elevator is broken for half of the stay. The staff did a good job of replying.
