"This hotel has the perfect location! Out the front door is a T stop opening up your entire trip to public transit made super easy. Took the T from the airport to the hotel and arrived in 15 mins for $2.40! Went with the internal facing room and it was a great size for my family of 4. Rooms are clean, property is well kept and staff was pleasant! Perfect location for our Boston long weekend - highly recommend!"

"Our room was a junior suite next to some kind of machine room so we would hear loud humming and clanking noises through the night. The shower was not good, it was like sprinkling with zero to no pressure. The staff was very good though. "

"Our stay was great. The hotel was very modern; decorated with pop culture decor. Relaxed atmosphere. Great views of the city! Self serve check in with lots of technology to navigate your stay. Touch screens at arrival and ipads in the room to operate amenities! The hotel was very clean and right next to TD Garden. We are planning on coming back again."

"First, I have to say the staff was wonderful. Kip at Reception and Lawrence the Valet were exceptional. The hotel really needs an update. The pictures really don't look like the rooms do today. The room was clean as it could be, considering the furniture was dinged, scratched, and had stains. The bed was super uncomfortable and hard. It felt like sleeping on a board. The linens were certainly old, worn ,and some blankets had holes in them. I feel so bad because the staff was just so nice, but the whole place needs an update. One bonus was it was less than a 10 minute walk to TD Garden for our 2 night Lady Gaga shows. "
