The hotel is centrally located and has been recently renovated, offering lots of natural light and a fresh atmosphere. It’s close to all amenities—restaurants, fast food places, two major shopping malls, and many individual clothing stores. "Our first time in Van was made amazing by our stay at Roccia Downtown Hotel! Booked it and didn't regret it for a second. The location was perfect - on a side road of one of the main streets, so easy to get to restaurants and shops. Our room was super clean and well-kept, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved that we got 2 bottles of water and tea/coffee replenished daily. Breakfast was absolutely delicious - so much variety! The staff were super helpful, and special shoutout to Nurullah at the reception - he was EXCEPTIONAL! From day one, he helped us book tours, spa treatments, and taxis. Only negative was that the spa wasn't operational yet, but Nurullah's service made up for it. I'd DEFINITELY recommend Roccia Downtown Hotel to anyone visiting Van!
