"Fabulous courtyard room spotlessly clean shower room stayed a little damp after showering especially the floor but great amenities would def stay again. Food also good in the evening despite a delay in ordering due to a party of 90 even though we were residents thought this was a little harsh as people having food around us but had to wait until 8 . Great breakfast over the Penny Farthing so happy overall"

"Room of reasonable size, quiet and pleasant view. Pub light meal good and Sea Shanty singers a bonus.Good position to enjoy Lynmouth and convenient for the excellent Cliff Railway to see Lynton. enjoyed the Norther Walk and the Valley of Rocks. Very friendly people - made to feel welcome, thank you."

"Nice , clean, spacious room, big comfy bed, friendly staff, although you can be left waiting in reception for key on occasions. Nice buffet breakfast( eggs etc extra) . Dinner Excellent although long wait for main couse on one night. Excellent setting , lovely walks direct from hotel.nice decor, we enjoyed our stay."
