"Great location. No staff on arrival, but key left out for us. Next morning a staff member was present to check out, and breakfast in neighbouring coffee bar. Only complaint was that we were the only guests and put in the furthest room on top floor so hot water took over 5 minutes to reach the room. "

"Property was lovely and very traditional with a lovely pool and excellent gardens. There is no lift and we were on the top floor with a very steep staircase, and no offer to help with moving suitcases up or down, this was disappointing given the cost and the luxury the hotel was trying to purvey. Breakfast was included but would recommend getting there early as food is not replenished and choice is quite limited. "

"Et dejligt sted og et fantastisk venlig og hjælpsom værtspar. Stedet ligger meget centralt. Værelserne og opholdsarealerne er hyggelige og rengøring helt i top. Morgenmad er selvbetjening i et veludstyrret køkken. Det bør dog nævnes at værelserne ligger på 3. Sal og der er ingen elevator. Trapperne til køkken og terrasser er meget smalle, så stedet er ikke egnet dårligt gående personer. "

"Disappointing stay. Hotel was run down and very tired. No reception after 1pm until 6pm and then again nothing after 9pm. Photos on the website look like they were taken quite some time ago. Our room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. If you want a/c they charge 15 euros per night. To use the safe 5 euros. Even though the windows were closed we were bitten numerous times by mosquitos. The bathroom was shabby, the shower doors didn't close properly and were off the runners, the shower didn't...

"Emanuele, the Owner met us upon arrival following a transfer from the airport which he arranged for us. Dropped us off within a minutes walk of Aigua B&B. He was very informative in every aspect and such a nice man who we met on a few occasions in the town during our stay. We were allocated the suite on the top floor which was absolutely perfect for a four night break. Booked a meal at the Alamo restaurant next door which was very nice. 115 euros for three courses and drinks. Aigua is perfectly...

"Great place to relax. Make sure you have a car though otherwise you are stuck there and cannot visit places without a vehicle."

"The description says air conditioner but apparently not all rooms have air conditioner. We got a room without air conditioner, but on second day of our stay an air conditioned room got empty and we were offered to move to that room (lucky us). That room was good, had everything we needed. The staff is kind but they do not speak english, which made communication a bit difficult."
