"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"

"Can’t drop off bags at the hotel as the entrance is not what is shown in the pictures but it is located on a beautiful very small pedestrian-only street. Lovely place in a beautiful part of the old city, but you will have to drag your bags a few blocks after you park nearby. "

There is a free snack lounge with coffee, water and pastries from 12PM-6AM. Vic is a small town near Vic University and getting transportation during siesta time and late nights is difficult at best. "Nice hotel and excellent value. Stayed one night while touring the Pyrenees by motorbikes. The guy on reception was very helpful and spoke good English. Very safe Golf Area and the hotel was happy for us to park opposite reception. Very good breakfast for 12 euro. Also has pool and gym but we didn’t use them. Would stay again"
