"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the
pool
is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"You totally get what you pay for, its a budget, dated, and basic hotel. For us it was just a base and somewhere to sleep, which worked. Its unlikely i'll stay there again as would prefer a little more modern and luxury but compared to nearly hotels Rila £2600, Iglika £2500, Savakov £700 you get what you pay for so can't really complain. Breakfast was basic, but did the job, room was warm and clean, bowling and swimming was good, lots of space for the kids to run around in, bar and social...
