"This hotel used to be super clean and it seems it hasn’t been well maintained. The day staff was fine and helpful. But, the night reception staff was dissapointing. For example, the man who checked us in didn’t really know how to speak English - he was using Google Translate - to speak with us. We repeatly kept making new keys because one of them never worked. Until, I had to specifically asked, if they could make sure both worked. Cleaning mess wasn’t there anymore, the edge between the shower...
