"The decor in the property is a little dated but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and large rooms. The chef was very personable and even arranged bacon to be available for us at breakfast even though it is not on their menu. The food was delicious and the blonde haired waitress very friendly and helpful. All in all a great stay and good value for money. "

"Late arrival but contacted the Hotel and Betina was very helpful. Hotel was previously a retirement home with bathrooms across the corridor. I would usually go with en-suite room but this was fine. Rooms had a personal quirky feel which was lovely! Betina has her own workshop with items to buy. I paid extra for breakfast which was worth the money"
