"Our stay was superb and the only issue we had was lack of any response to your question. Our flight was at 11.30 pm and we knew we had luggage storage on level 17. We checked out at 11 am and were not allowed to leave our bags at the attached hotel. We were able to leave them at the mall until 8pm and it is quite a distance to walk."

"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating. Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"

"Check in was great, room was nice & and the women at the front desk were very helpful. The morning of checkout I accidentally knocked a lamp off a table and it pulled the cord apart. Not thinking I went to pick it up and got an electric shock when I touched it. I notified the front desk and the male who answered asked if I would like him to send someone up. (why else would I notify you?) Never bothered to ask if I was OK and when I checked out about 30 mins later I asked if I’d spoken to him on the phone & he said yes & that he’d called someone to fix it. Still didn’t check on me at all. I told the maids about so hopefully no one else got shocked."

"The Ibis Stare Miasto is a welcoming hotel with just the right amount of modern convenience. The staff are great, including those who work in the food services area. The room was in good shape, provided everything we needed and we were happy to be able to relax in the lounge with a glass of wine in the evening. As others have said, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We will stay here again!"

"The hotel is very conveniently located, right in the center of the business district, next to the central station and within walking distance from many restaurants and museums. Spa is great. The hotel gym is very spacious with three rooms (yoga, stretching/running treadmills / weights). The weight part of the gym is highly functional but the equipment is outdated. This is a solid 4-star (not 5) hotel. Somewhat outdated rooms (carpets, blinds, furniture) which seem heavily used. Seems always crowded. Some staff is outstanding (concierge was incredibly) - some (front desk - highly, highly variable and inconsistent)."
