"If you think you booked through Hotels.com and get the kind of service provided by a “normal” hotel, you are wrong. We booked a 6-day stay and had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. According to the staff “we don’t provide housekeeping services for short stays.” The instruction in the room says “our staff is at your disposal for booking taxi, private transfer…,” but when we asked for booking a private car, the answer was “no.” "

"The location is absolutely perfect and the apartment is beautiful and surprisingly quiet. Only issue is communication. I tried reaching by email, through their chat system and by phone, and never got any replies. We needed sheets for the sofa bed and never got them in 6 days. We also never received checkout instructions and ultimately had to leave the appartment with the keys left inside without ever hearing back from the agency, regardless of all our attempts on all three channels."

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

Nel letto, in doccia, sul divano, per terra! Ma la cosa che mi ha shockato di più è che quando l’ho fatto presente non ho ricevuto neanche un euro di rimborso! "What a great little hotel. Everyone is courteous, helpful and happy to help creating a great atmosphere. The rooms are good, clean and well serviced. Location is central and I mean in the centre of the city. They booked us a number of restaurants all of which were excellent. When we come back to Bologna I will see whether they have a room before booking the flights. Thank you"
