"Signore Dante was absolutely amazing, his customer service was priceless! Housekeeping was really helpful as well! The bathroom wasn't clean when I arrived and she did a deep clean and disinfected it. Very big room and delicious breakfast as well. There are no buses on Sunday, and it's difficult to get to Rasiglia, so plan in advance. There's not much around either, but beautiful nature. The swimming pool wasn't open or clean either. "I can find anything wrong with the hotel. The way they operate was flawless. The staffs Carla and Isabel were the best of their kind. Breakfast is awesome and did I mention the dinner on the terrace. Fantastic!! The location is the greatest. Just beside the Basilica of St Francis of Assisi. I will go back for sure and share the experience to all our family and friends."
