The negatives were that the Como Bar (advertised as closing at 1am every day) was never open, there were never any staff in reception, there was a vending machine that served basic food and soft and alcoholic drinks but only took cash, the wifi password supplied on our invoice was blank but did not work, and when we emailed the hotel asking about the bar and wifi, they did not...

"The best hotel in Gütersloh, ive stayed here a few times a year since 2023. The staff are friendly, hotel is clean and spacious, lots of good tv channels, and rooms have a nice view."
