"I loved this hotel. It is very stylish and comfortable and right in the middle of Prizren. Everything is close by with tons of dining options, bars, and tourist spots. "Oya was very helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her. Hotel is just a few minutes from the famous old bridge and main square. The hotel was clean, had asked for Mountain View and they delivered. Asked for slightly different option at breakfast and Oya sorted that also. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Very nice large pool and outside sitting area. Staff helpful. Breakfast was marginal. The rooms are dated. Bathroom was clean and fine. Nic rain style shower. We enjoyed the setting near the lake, the pool, and change of scene. Local visitors can use just the pool (10 euros for men, 5 for women). Bring towels. "

"Excellent Stay in Prizren! Visited from Boston and Tirana with my family, and we had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Prizren. Everything from check-in to breakfast was seamless. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again next time we’re in the city. Highly recommended!"
