"Yes the room was in good condition. Our last night there, the hot water tap broke. We were very disappointed with the TV service. There were very few channels available. The staff was friendly. We were checking out on February 16 & it was about 8:30 in the morning. The office was closed so I was unable to get a printed receipt. "

"This hotel just got a revamp and new management The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. Room may need a microwave but there is one at reception. The new carpets are a great add on. We will come back - keep up the good work!"

"Spent the weekend in Bonnyville to attend the Alberta Winter Games. The Western Budget hotel provided a great stay with excellent amenities, large clean room and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were kindly given a late checkout when requested. The prices were extremely reasonable. "
