They have enforced quiet hours that – with the tournament participants being children 10 and under – I sincerely appreciated"

"When yo have a group renting 15-20 rooms, Best Western should have given the banquet room for a reduced rate for that group. But because they didn’t our group discussed it and probably won’t book the rooms again for the next function."
