Our stay was great. All staff were welcoming and helpful. The AC in our room was not working and they quickly moved us to another room. The breakfast was amazing, many options and the breakfast staff were so friendly and on top of everything. Pool was small, but the kids enjoyed it.

Overall nice place. Location was perfect. Walking distance to everything you need and places to sight see and experience Chicago. My only complaint was the occasional sewer smell. I would book again if I traveled back to Chicago.
