"Very pet-friendly/accommodating (moved me away from elevator and closer to back stairs), front desk clerk (forgot name, sorry! Nice guy with glasses) made personal dinner recommendations, whole place smelled great and the accommodations were fantastic "

"The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of options. Staff was friendly. The room was dark and a couple lights were slow to turn on. Toilet was so short! Shower was nice. TV had limited streaming options - Netflix or Youtube. Parking was $10 a night - not something I was aware of until we were checking in."

"The front desk staff was great. Ben stepped up to help out on a very busy Friday evening. The housekeepers were behind so our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 430 for a 3pm check in. Ben did some magic to finally get us in a room, however the AC in the rooms were not fully working, which sucked."

"Attempted to check in an hour earlier, older lady at desk rude and said no, so we left and came back to piles of laundry everywhere and room smelled of rotten feet. Overall, not a good experience after having an incredible week."

"The breakfast was decent! Lots of options. The pool was ok, except it was pretty cold water and there was never any towels. All of the guests we witnessed had to walk to the lobby and get their own pool towels. "

"Hot tub was cold and basically no jets... very disappointing. There was no soap on the room to wash hands or in the shower .. luckily I brought a bar from the last hotel. Breakfast lady was kind of rude and the breakfast options for Monday morning was slim pickings. Had to wait at the front desk counter for long periods for anyone to show up to help . Will pick a different place next time."
