"The best part was the waitress at breakfast. A real star server. And the sound proofing was excellent - we did not hear all the children next door. Check-in and out were underwhelming. Front desk staff Monday morning was a tad curt."

"Comfort Inn is a cheap but respectable hotel. The staff where professional and helpful and the room, though a bit noisy, was comfortable. The mattresses were surprisingly good but the AC was noisy and blowing straight at the bed. All in all a decent option for a reasonable price."

"The front desk staff was great, the one lady helped my boy and made him some popcorn when he asked how much it cost. The buffet staff was great also, the girl that we saw was efficient at ensuring that the food was well stocked. She was very quiet and polite."

"Good stay in Calabogie at the Motor Inn. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was a good size and had some good basics for short or longer-term stay. Some of the finishings show their age but everything worked and the room was comfortable overall. The A/C worked well despite the very hot and humid weather. Quick walk to the lake and a couple of restaurants (check out Oh-El-La Café and On The Rocks!). Easy to find, easy to park. Would consider staying here again if I'm in the area."
