"We arrived late evening, however a staff member was still on site, she was very pleasant and extremely helpful, made us feel “at home”. "Andreas Praß went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He truly is an exceptional representative of the Dorint Hotel. Other than that, the room wasn’t cleaned, their new telephone system wasn’t working and toilet needed to be fixed. Five stars for Andrea’s P,, but only 2 for everything else."
