"Das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen. Es ist großzügig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut, reichlich und frisch. Allerdings fühlte man sich durch die Menschenschaaren wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Das Restaurant in dem das Frühstück serviert wird ist ganz in Ordnung, aber die orientierungslos umherirrenden Menschenschaaren machen es ungemütlich. "First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing. Courteous, friendly, professional. My room was a bit of a mixed experience. It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. The bed was a bit soft, but that’s more of a personal preference issue. "

"We arrived late at night (close to mid-night), so it had a dark-alley feel to it. But once there was daylight and you see the community and the day-to-day hustle and bustle, you realize that it's a wonderful community. A lot of senior citizens walking about, it feels very safe and carefree. (at night though, everyone was sleeping, we had no idea what to expect). A shoutout to the hotel manager, Benjamin Beck, I would NOT be surprised if he gets poached by another hotel -- this guy is ACES! ...

"I was not happy about not having AC in the rooms. Bonn is very hot and all they were able to provide was a desk fan. I opened the window slightly and when I returned from my meeting, I found it locked with no key to open it. Except for breakfast, they were unable to provide sandwiches or any substantial snacks - only chocolates and sweets. The advertising of this hotel on Expedia is highly overrated. This is not a four-star hotel. "
